Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us and any concerns you may have will be attended to in a responsive manner.
Free returns are available for New Zealand customers only, subject to the following conditions:
- The items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product is received. Returns are not available for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- The items must be received back by Qt within 28 days of receipt of goods.
- Qt has approved the return by calling us on +64 27 255 1192 from Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm. Once Qt has approved the return, we will provide you with the reply-paid postage number.
- Once Qt receives the parcel, we will either refund the cost of the product, provide a store credit or send a replacement.
The following conditions will not qualify for any credits, refunds or returns:
- The products ordered were part of a promotion or special.
- If claims for defective products are not made within 28 days after receipt of goods (New Zealand only).
- The products have been opened, or, the customer has sampled and does not like the products.
- The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
- If there is a sudden change of price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
Please note: Qt is not responsible for the freight costs of returned goods if the cause of return is not Qt's fault. If a credit / refund / replacement is agreed upon, this will only be issued once Qt receives the original items.
